What will the Hypnotherapy Experience on the Masterclass be Like?
Marisa has hypnotized thousands of people with success. You only need to be relaxed and in a quiet place with little distraction in order to reap the benefits of the practice. Whether you are listening to an audio recording or being hypnotized in a live setting, it is essential that you approach it with an open mind and are relatively calm at the start. For this masterclass Marisa will take you through a 30 mins hypnotherapy session following a training on belief hacking.
What kinds of exercises will it involve?
The exercises included in the masterclass are things you can do in the comfort of your own home. Usually all it involves is a pen and paper. All you need to do is set aside time and maintain an open mindset to doing some basic mental and physical exercises which will help you realize the power of your own mindset. Since this class includes hypnotherapy please be sitting in a comfortable chair. We do not recommend lying down as you might fall asleep.
